The heart of River Bend Farm is our beautifully restored Clubhouse – a welcoming communal space designed for relaxation, connection, and entertainment.
Guests have access to a fully equipped communal kitchen, spacious dining area, comfortable lounge with a cosy fireplace, large-screen TV, pool table, dart board and modern restroom facilities. You’ll also find a small library and a selection of board games, perfect for quiet afternoons or evenings spent with family and friends.
Step outside onto the expansive verandah, where three separate seating areas provide the ideal setting to enjoy the fresh Midlands air, whether you’re sharing a meal, catching up over coffee, or simply taking in the peaceful surroundings. On warm summer days, the sparkling swimming pool offers the perfect place to cool off and unwind.
